Context
Première Urgence Internationale (PUI) is a non-profit, apolitical and secular non-governmental organization of international solidarity
. Its objective is to respond to all the basic needs of
civilian victims who are endangered, marginalized or excluded by the effects of natural disasters, wars and
situations of economic collapse.
