Criteria
Hold a university degree [Bac + 5 years minimum] in Economics, or Finance, or Management, or Accounting, or Project Management, or Finance or Economic Statistics or agro-industry.
Have at least ten (10) years of professional experience in a similar position or have supervised projects or chaired an ad-hoc body at a strategic level in an agro-industrial company
Know how to develop and implement a plan
Know how to develop and implement a short, medium and long term investment plan
Have exceptional leadership, communication and negotiation skills
Be ambitious, enthusiastic and have a taste for challenges
See a good knowledge of IT tools (Microsoft Office, Databases, Internet), knowledge of financial management software and
Have a perfect command of written and spoken French or English
Be aged between 45 and 60 years maximum
