JOB LOCATION: Douala & Yaoundé
JOB MISSION His/Her mission will be to preserve, develop and make profitable the client portfolio in accordance with the Bank’s strategy, objectives and procedures.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage assigned client portfolio; Maintain daily business relationships with clients; Collect resources (demand deposits, cash vouchers & term deposits); Sell specific products; Organize regular portfolio reviews (client visits); Identify and prospect new clients and opportunities; Negotiate commercial terms in accordance with internal policies; Prepare credit proposals and follow the approval processes; Monitor outstanding balances in the portfolio and develop action plans for non-payment; Produce activity reports
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Required academic qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Banking, Finance, Sales, Management or a related field.
- Professional experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship management; experience in the banking sector is an asset
- Knowledge/Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of the bank’s services and products; mastery of banking techniques; sound risk management skills; proficiency in computer tools, particularly MS Office Suite; excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, and bilingualism (French-English) is an asset.
- Interpersonal/Leadership Skills: Moral Probity, Rigor, Integrity, Business Acumen, Active Listening Skills
