ITGStore is seeking 6 IT Operators (M/F) for its team in Douala, Cameroon. The role involves preparing and configuring IT equipment, installing software, monitoring and supervising infrastructure, tracking technical incidents, and documenting interventions.
Main Missions
– Prepare and configure IT equipment to be deployed
– Install software in test or production environments
– Monitor and supervise infrastructures (networks, data centers, business applications)
– Track technical incidents and document interventions
– Apply standardized operating and support procedures
– Write installation, configuration and usage documentation
Required Profile
– Minimum Bac+2 in IT (systems and networks or equivalent)
– 1 to 2 years’ experience (ideally in an IT services company)
– Mastery of OS (Windows, Linux)
– Network knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.) and databases
– Mastery of supervision tools and automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash)
– Good level in English and French

Additional Assets-
