Terre et Vie SARL is a fast-growing Cameroonian agro-industrial company, engaged in a long-term strategic development project. We are looking for a financial leader to secure and optimize the management of our assets and ensure a solid financial structure.
The Position: Director of Financial Affairs (DAF)
Work Location: YaoundΓ© (Head Office).
The DAF is the financial keystone of the company. He/She is responsible for the strategy, asset security and overall financial performance of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the company’s long-term strategy and financial plan.
Cash Management: Oversee cash flows and ensure optimal use of resources.
Accounting and Taxation: Manage general and analytical accounting, and ensure tax and regulatory compliance.
Management Control: Implement and analyze budget and performance monitoring indicators.
Desired Profile
Education: Bac + 5 in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or Management Control.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a Financial Management position, ideally in the agribusiness or investment sector.
Qualities: Rigor, integrity, strong analytical skills and leadership.
