CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF TEN (10) ASSISTANTS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NGAOUNDERE
In accordance with the High Instructions of the Minister of State, Minister of Higher Education, contained in his correspondence No. 2600000090L/MINESUP/SG/DDES/CEPE of July 2, 2026, the Rector of the University of Ngaoundéré informs the public that ten (10) teaching and research positions are open as part of the digital replacement, within the establishments of this university institution, for the 2026 financial year.

Faculty of Arts, Letters and Human Sciences: 02 positions (Communication, Foreign Languages – Spanish)
Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences: 01 position (Administrative Law of State Property)
Faculty of Economics and Management: 01 position (Human Resources Management)
Faculty of Sciences: 02 positions (Parasitology – Plant parasitic nematodes; Algebra/Cryptography)
School of Veterinary Science and Medicine: 02 positions (Infectious Diseases; Animal Surgery and Management of Medical Pathologies)
National School of Agro-Industrial Sciences: 02 positions (Computer Science applied to agro-industry; Mechanical Engineering and Production)
APPLICATION FILE COMPOSITION
Stamped application dated less than three (03) months addressed to the Rector of the University of Ngaoundéré.
Certified true copy of the birth certificate dated less than three (03) months.
Detailed and signed curriculum vitae.
Certified true copies of all diplomas obtained from the baccalaureate or GCE Advanced Level onwards.
Engineering degree (if required).
Veterinary Doctor diploma (if required).
Master II research thesis (for Master’s degree holders).
Registration for doctoral thesis and progress report signed by the thesis director (for holders of a Master II research degree).
Doctoral thesis or Ph.D.
Copies of articles or offprints from any publications.
Medical certificate dated less than three (03) months issued by a doctor in the public sector.
Four (04) 4×4 colour passport photos.
Photocopy of the national identity card or valid receipt.
Extract from criminal record extract No. 3 dated less than three (03) months.
Certificate of nationality and/or photocopies of passport and residence permit certified by consular services (for candidates residing abroad).
Certificate of actual attendance signed by a competent authority (for candidates requesting a change of corps).
Prior authorization from the user minister or the head of the home administration (for candidates requesting a change of corps).
Copy of disability card (for disabled persons).
A declaration of honor attesting to the authenticity of the documents, the actual availability of the candidate and, for candidates residing abroad, the absence of any circumstance which could give rise to a double salary situation.
SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: Candidates residing in Cameroon must submit their complete applications no later than 5:00 PM on August 24, 2026, to the General Secretariat of the University of Ngaoundéré. Cameroonians residing abroad must submit their applications to diplomatic missions and consular posts no later than 4:00 PM UTC on August 22, 2026.
Candidates whose applications are complete will be required to attend an interview. Those who are abroad may, if they wish, attend via videoconference.
