As part of the strengthening of the staff of the Operations and Runway Department of Douala International Airport, the Aéroports Du Cameroun Company (ADC SA.) is looking for “Loading Agents for a Fixed-Term Contract of two (02) years, possibly renewable once, whose main activities, the required profile and the required skills are described below:
MISSIONS OF THE POSITION:
Placed under the authority of a Section Head, the Loading Agent ensures the handling of baggage in accordance with safety and security conditions.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Takes charge of passengers’ baggage
Sorts baggage by destination in the gallery according to the stopover codes:

Drives baggage and container carriers on the track, Ensures the unloading and loading of baggage, freight and postal packages, Ensures the closing of the guillotines,
Ensures the integrity of the loading units (ULDs) is maintained.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Have the ability to carry, load/unload goods or products, paying particular attention to respecting baggage/packages
Have the ability to comply with safety instructions relating to the products handled and the work environment
Have the ability to adapt handling conditions to different baggage, Have the ability to organize the storage of baggage according to [available space and packaging.
Have notions of occupational risks and health at work
Have team spirit, rigor, reliability and cooperation;
Be dynamic and efficient;
Have good physical resistance (carrying heavy loads, weather conditions);
Be fast, meticulous, focused and efficient; very able to work shifts
Demonstrate probity and have a sense of ethics;
• Be at most 37 years old;
• Have a minimum level of BEPC/Equivalent;
• Hold a B Driving License.
