ZAATI Consulting specializes in consulting and implementing
development projects. We support organizations, donors, and institutions in
the design and evaluation of their initiatives for sustainable impact. As part of our expansion, we are looking for an Administration & Finance Officer to ensure the financial, accounting, and administrative management of our activities. The position is based in Yaoundé. 
II. Our expectations for the position: As an Administration & Finance Officer, you will be responsible for:  Financial and accounting management – Developing and monitoring the annual budget and financial forecasts. – Implementing general and analytical accounting. – Managing cash flow and optimizing financial flows. – Preparing financial statements and ensuring financial reporting to management and donors .  Management control and compliance – Implement and monitor internal control procedures. – Ensure compliance of financial operations with local regulations and donor requirements. – Prepare financial audits and follow up on recommendations.  Administrative and HR management – Supervise the administration of personnel (preparation of contracts and salaries, monitoring of social obligations, etc.), interns and service providers/suppliers – Monitor legal and tax obligations. – Manage relationships with banks, tax authorities and financial partners. – Coordinate the filing and archiving of the company  Strategic support and resource optimization – Manage the Central Office (maintenance, rent, sanitation, security, etc.) – Manage the logistics of missions, events and projects – Propose cost optimization and resource management strategies. – Support management in financial and administrative decision-making. III. The profile sought: – Training: Minimum BTS in Finance, Accounting, Management, Audit or equivalent. – Experience: o Minimum one (1) year of experience in financial and administrative management. o Experience in an NGO, a consulting firm or a company in the development sector would be an asset. o Experience in managing international grants and funding.
o Knowledge of IFRS and OHADA standards.
– Key skills:
o Excellent command of financial management and accounting tools (Sage,
QuickBooks, Advanced Excel).
o Good knowledge of international donor procedures.
o Mastery of tax and social regulations.
– Key attitudes:
o Strong analytical, organizational and leadership skills.
o Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team and under pressure.
o Be proactive, with a strong sense of initiative
