Role Description
• Deposit mobilization through account opening and effective portfolio management. • Revenue generation through account opening, loan sales, money transfers, and effective cross-selling to ensure that each account opened is equipped with at least three products.
• Effective portfolio management, ensuring that assigned accounts are managed profitably.
Active participation in branch sales meetings.
• Implementation of strong sales discipline, ensuring that call programs and call memos are consistently completed.
• Identification of business opportunities and definition of strategies and key actions for their realization.


• Recommendation of loan granting, ensuring that loan accounts are managed in a manner that significantly minimizes the risk of missed deadlines or non-repayment.
• Recovery of delinquent and defaulted loans
Qualifications:
-Have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), preferably in banking, marketing, sales or management.
• Have a good knowledge of banking products.
Master cross-selling techniques. Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Have a perfect command of French and English.
• Demonstrate strong
analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint software.
• Have basic knowledge of digital marketing.
