JOB ACTIVITIES
§ Audit existing data sources (Odoo, Nirgescom, Excel files);
§ Map the data flows between systems;
§ Identify gaps and inconsistencies in the data;
§ Define the relational schema and the data dictionary;
§ Normalize the data (relationships, KPIs, advanced DAX measures);
§ Participate in the gradual implementation of the data warehouse;
§ Design and deploy dashboards on uncovered areas;
§ Create the dashboard catalog;
§ Implement quality controls and validation processes;
§ Produce monthly decision analysis reports;
§ Maintain the data dictionary and repositories;
§ Develop and maintain Dataflows and data pipelines;
§ Automate dataset updates;
§ Set up alerts in case of anomalies or interruptions in the flow;
§ Train key users on how to use dashboards;
§ Produce guides and documented materials;
§ Provide user support with a response time;
§ Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED SKILLS
– Academic level : Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) in computer science, mathematics, econometrics, accounting and management .
– Professional experience : At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
– Knowledge of :
Advanced Power BI: Advanced DAX, Power Query, Dataflows, workspace management;
ü Data modeling: Data Warehouse, star/snowflake schemas, normalization;
Advanced intermediate SQL (complex queries, joins, aggregations)
ü Knowledge of business processes (Finance, Sales, Production, HR, Logistics, etc. …);
ü ERP (Odoo or equivalent) and knowledge of project management;
ü Principles of data governance and quality;
ü Advanced Excel (Power Pivot, pivot tables).
Knowledge:
o Create and maintain a dashboard ;
o Mastering the architecture and modeling of complex data;
o Automate data flows (Dataflows, Pipelines);
o Build and validate business KPIs;
o Communicate and simplify the analyses to non-technical audiences;
o Read and interpret a dashboard;
o Control the quality and audit the data;
o Write the technical and functional documentation;
o To speak, read, and write French and English.
