Main mission: Develop and manage the Large Enterprises and Financial Institutions client portfolio
with a view to achieving the assigned objectives.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
1. Research, development and management of the Large Enterprises sector client portfolio
– Implement the commercial strategy in relation to the clients in its portfolio as well as the
overall objectives of the DCE:
– Prospect for new clients and offer them the appropriate products;
– Ensure follow-up of prospects;
– Listen to customers and anticipate their needs:
– Advise customers and offer products that meet their needs and expectations:
– Interact with the bank’s internal entities to meet customer expectations with a view to their
satisfaction and loyalty:
– Develop the portfolio of customers and prospects in charge.
– Participation in strategy and operations
– Negotiate the conditions for implementing the solutions and products offered, and implement the
decisions taken in terms of risks:
– Structure financial offers and commercial proposals in line with customer expectations

– Structure the commercial offer by calling on internal skills and ensure negotiation;
° Participate in the definition of the risk policy and its implementation for customers;
– Propose the portfolio budget in compliance with the bank’s commercial policy, and monitor the
implementation of the validated budget;
– Ensure competitive intelligence for the portfolio’s market segments;
– Collect outstanding portfolio commitments;
– Prepare periodic activity reports and portfolio information.
Ensure control and monitoring
– Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering and counter-
terrorist financing procedures;
– Monitor the updating of account opening files:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED SKILLS
– Minimum BAC+4 in banking and finance, Y Knowledge of
commerce, marketing, ITB Diploma level II, at ° Good knowledge of the banking environment
any other related discipline;
– Have professional experience of at least 5
years in a similar position; banking services;
– Bilingualism (French – English) would be an asset. e Good knowledge of
banking regulations.
