1. Main Mission
Reporting to a Department Head, the Senior Electronics Technician performs maintenance operations on electronic and telecommunications equipment. The purpose of the position is to ensure the availability of electronic and telecommunications equipment on the airport platform.
2. Activities and Responsibilities
Perform maintenance procedures for electronic and telecommunications equipment.
Assist with projects within their area of expertise in conjunction with the relevant departments.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electronic and telecommunications equipment on the airport platform.
Conduct technical inspections (visual checks of telephone systems, public address systems, televisions, check-in desks, weighbridges, the relay station, and copiers).
Identify the source of malfunctions (on-site or remotely), diagnose problems, and propose solutions.
Respond to breakdowns.
Implement safety and security measures.

Education and Experience
: Hold a Baccalaureate +2 (BTS, DUT, or equivalent) in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields.

4. Working Conditions
: Workplace: Douala International Airport.
Contract Type: Permanent.
Hours: Position may require on-call duty and shift work.
Salary: Based on the salary scale and the candidate’s experience.
