I. Your mission

As a technical sales representative , you will be one of the first points of contact for our prospects and customers. Your mission will be to help them identify their issues and demonstrate how our ERP can provide concrete solutions.

You will conduct personalized demonstrations tailored to each need and monitor your client portfolio to ensure their continued satisfaction in using the solution.

  1. An innate sense of communication You know how to listen with empathy and adapt your speech to your interlocutor. You naturally establish fluid and reassuring exchanges, establishing a climate of trust from the first contacts.
  2. Proven technical proficiency You quickly learn new software, even complex ones. You know how to simply explain technical features to highlight their added value to the customer or prospect. You’re not afraid of product demonstrations and use cases—on the contrary, you use them to concretely illustrate the benefits of our solution.

  • Mastery of consultative selling and the B2B cycle
  • Ability to quickly create connections with a variety of people
  • Autonomy , proactivity and emotional intelligence
  • Experience in SaaS , ERP or technology solutions sales sectors

VI. Academic and professional profile

  • Have a minimum of a BAC+2 level in a scientific or management field
