Your mission:
Reporting to the head of the Shipping department, you should coordinate and ensure the smooth
running of maritime operations.
Your Activities:
You will plan your work around the following activities:
• Ensure the smooth running of the various tasks of the Shipping staff.
• Help the Shipping Manager to properly carry out his mission
• Act as interim Boarding Clerk in case of unavailability or leave.
• Process customer complaints.
• Compile and import the manifest into the various operating systems (Customs,
Invoicing, tracking, etc.).
• Initiate and follow up customs modification requests at the request of shippers.
• Ensure the collection of freight for B/Ls collet
• Ensure the invoicing of all services provided to customers.
Your profile:
▪ Training: Minimum Baccalaureate;
▪ Experience: 10 years in a similar position.
Have:
▪ Mastery of the documentation related to the berthing of a vessel.
▪ Mastery of port and customs documentation.
▪ Know how to defend the interests of the shipowner during port conferences.
Good command of:
▪ Have basic computer skills.
▪ Know the port environment as well as the mission of each authority authorized to
inspect ships.
▪ Good command of the English language.

▪ Responsiveness and availability.
