1- After-Sales Service Supervisor / After-Sales Service Team Leader
Missions:
▪ Ensure the smooth running of the after-sales service team,
▪ Guarantee rapid interventions,
▪ Maintain high customer satisfaction and accurate reporting.
Key responsibilities:
▪ Manage and coordinate after-sales service technicians.
▪ Plan and monitor service interventions.
▪ Ensure quality control and communication with customers.
▪ Liaise with the sales, procurement and logistics departments.
▪ Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for management.
Desired profile:
▪ Engineering degree or equivalent in a technical field.
▪ 3 to 5 years of experience in managing a technical or after-sales service team.
▪ Proven leadership and communication skills.
2- After-sales service technician – Electrical
Missions:
Carry out the installation, repair and troubleshooting of electrical systems related to
customer equipment.
Key responsibilities:
▪ Install and commission electrical equipment (generators, control panels
).
▪ Diagnose and repair electrical faults (wiring, ATS, alternators).

Missions:

Desired profile:
▪ BTS diploma or equivalent in Electronics or similar field.
▪ At least 2 years of experience in electronic repair.
▪ Knowledge of electronic diagnostics and associated tools.
4- After-Sales Service Technician – Mechanics
Missions:
Ensure the installation, repair and troubleshooting of mechanical components, including
generator set engines and associated machines.
Key responsibilities:
▪ Install and maintain mechanical equipment.
▪ Diagnose and repair engine and mechanical breakdowns.
▪ Carry out preventive maintenance (oil changes, filters, belts).
▪ Collaborate with electrical technicians for integrated solutions.
Desired profile:
▪ CAP/BEP/BTS in Mechanics, Automotive or Industrial Maintenance.
▪ Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.
▪ Solid practical skills in mechanics.
