Organizing meetings/training logistics. • Updating databases (clients, prospects, suppliers). • Helping with scheduling and agenda management. Administrative reminders and follow-ups. • Preparing elements for monthly reports. Your skills and energy • Training in secretarial work, management or administrative assistance. Good command of office tools (Word, Excel, Gmail, Drive). Organizational skills, rigor and ability to prioritize. Good writing skills. You want to understand how a company can grow while remaining true to its values. • Emotional intelligence and self-confidence. • You want to be part of a project that is meaningful for Africa.
