NFC BANK is seeking two highly experienced Senior Relationship Managers with proven expertise in managing premium client portfolios.
Successful candidates will be expected to possess strong networking skills, excellent knowledge of customized financial solutions, and a customer-centric mindset to grow portfolios and deliver a world-class banking experience.
This is a high-level opportunity to directly impact business growth, customer retention, and profitability, while strengthening NFC BANK’s presence across the country. Main missions Acquire new premium clients Retain and develop existing relationships by providing high-end service. Offer financial solutions tailored to each client’s needs. Key responsibilities Manage relationships with high-value clients. Identify financial needs and recommend personalized solutions. Ideal candidate profile Minimum 3 years of experience in premium client management. Proven experience in premium portfolio management. Degree in Finance, Wealth Management, Economics, or equivalent (Master’s degree preferred). Very good knowledge of the Cameroonian banking and financial sector.
