Job description Human Resources Manager
We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to
1. Develop and implement the IUJSC human resources management policy, in collaboration with the General Management,
2. Structure and manage all HR processes: recruitment, integration, career management, training, evaluation, remuneration,
3. Supervise the administrative management of personnel: contracts, payroll, individual files, social declarations, leave, etc. ,
4. /ensure compliance with current labor law and social obligations;
5. Advise academic and administrative managers in the management of their teams
6. Develop HR monitoring tools and indicators (dashboards, social reports, internal audits)
7. Promote a healthy social climate and support organizational transformations
8. Implement internal HR procedures adapted to the operation of a leading higher education institution,
Desired profile
Requirements:
Training: Bac + 5 in human resources management, social law, work psychology, or equivalent field
Minimum 1 0 years of experience in human resources management, with a minimum of 3 years in a position of responsibility

Proven mastery of Cameroonian labor law, HR procedures, and human resources management tools,
Knowledge of the higher education sector and / or the operation of a Catholic institution is a major asset.
