CAMEROON Our client, EUROCHAM CAMEROON, is seeking an Executive Assistant based in Douala
to develop its activities . OVERVIEW EUROCHAM CAMEROON is the European Chamber of Commerce in Cameroon. It brings together European and Cameroonian companies around a common objective: to promote a competitive and sustainable business climate, encourage trade and support investment. EUROCHAM positions itself as a platform for dialogue between the private sector and public institutions, while offering its members representation, support and networking services . MAIN MISSIONS OF THE POSITION The Executive Assistant ensures the daily management and operational support of EUROCHAM CAMEROON. In this capacity, she: – Manages institutional communication and visibility, – Organizes and coordinates strategic events, – Supervises day-to-day administrative and financial monitoring, – Maintains relations with members and partners, – Contributes to economic monitoring and the business climate. 1. Communication and visibility – Deployment and monitoring of the annual communication plan – Management of digital channels (website, LinkedIn page) – Design and distribution of communication materials (leaflets, visuals, press releases, newsletter) – Conducting surveys and polls among members 2. Monitoring of members and memberships – Organization of meetings and monitoring of members’ concerns – Follow-up and monitoring of contributions – Organization of company visits and running of thematic commissions 3. Organization and coordination of events – Planning and implementation of activities and events (breakfasts, afterworks, AGMs, seminars, etc.) – Search for sponsorships and partnerships – Logistical and administrative monitoring (reservations, registrations, reporting) 4. Development and institutional relations – Identification and monitoring of prospects for membership – Contribution to the development of the institutional network (ministries, organizations, partners) – Participation in official meetings and occasional representation of EUROCHAM 5. Strategic monitoring and business climate – Monitoring of the market, regulations and business climate – Writing of a monthly economic note for the newsletter 6. Administrative and financial monitoring – Management and archiving of documents

– Preparation of official correspondence
– Monitoring of current expenses and interface with the accounting firm
REQUIRED PROFILE
– Bac+3/4 in management, communication, international trade or equivalent
– 2 to 4 years of experience in project coordination, communication or executive assistance

Excellent command of French (oral and written), professional English
– Good command of office tools and digital communication


– Autonomy, rigor, organization and sense of initiative
– Diplomacy, interpersonal skills and respect for confidentiality
