Your main missions:
As the first point of contact for our customers, you play a key role in the quality of their experience.
Your main missions will be to:
Welcome and Advise: Ensure a warm welcome and provide information on
financial products and services.
Cash Operations: Manage and record all financial transactions accurately
.
Control and Security: Verify the accuracy of transactions and ensure the secure management of
cash and valuables.
Administrative Management: Ensure the documentation and archiving of transactions.
Your daily activities:
Receive and process deposits, withdrawals, payments and transfers.
Control account balances and movements.
Ensure strict compliance with current financial standards and regulations.
Guarantee rigorous management of the cash entrusted to you.
Desired profile
Training and experience:
Bac+2 level diploma in financial management, accounting or related field
(asset);
Professional experience of 1 to 2 years in a similar position, ideally in a
banking or microfinance environment.
Technical skills:
Good command of banking software (Amplitude);
Mastery of office tools (Excel, Word).
Personal qualities:
Rigor, sense of analysis and responsiveness;
Ability to work under pressure;
Excellent presentation, politeness and courtesy;
Honesty, discretion, integrity and a high sense of customer service.
