Key Responsibilities:
• Install, solar PV and racking systems (ground and roof mounts).

Interpret electrical diagrams, layout drawings, and installation plans.
Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, safety standards, and company procedures. Troubleshoot and perform maintenance on installed systems.
• Work collaboratively with engineers, project managers, and other installers.
Carry out site assessments and system diagnostics as needed.
• Install security cameras where needed.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in solar installation and working at heights.
Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field. Familiarity with electrical wiring.
Ability to use electrical testing tools and hand/power tools. Willingness to travel to remote sites across Cameroon.
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability.
• Basic proficiency in French and/or English.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Cameroon.
