About the Role:
As an After-Sales Service Specialist, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and our service department. Your mission is to ensure every client receives exceptional support long after their purchase — through timely assistance, technical coordination, and genuine care.

Collaborate with technical teams to monitor vehicle performance and service quality.
Track after-sales performance indicators and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide detailed reports on customer satisfaction and service operations.
What We’re Looking For
Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in after-sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive sector.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Customer-focused mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English and French is an advantage.
