The Pan African University is seeking an exceptional bilingual professional to serve as Personal Assistant to the Rector!
– About PAU As the African Union’s continental academic and research institution, PAU is at the forefront of developing world-class higher education across Africa, advancing science, technology, and innovation in line with Agenda 2063.

– The Role: Support the Rector in driving PAU’s strategic vision through high-level administrative coordination, correspondence management, and liaison functions across the organization.

– What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in administration, languages, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in similar roles
• Full fluency in English and French (written & spoken)
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and office management systems


• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience in academic or international organizations (preferred)

– Position Details:
• Location: Yaoundé, Cameroon
• Contract: 12 months (renewable)
• Remuneration: 500,000 XAF
