GENERAL CONTEXT
As part of our diversification and expansion strategy, we are looking for a Stock Manager/Warehouse Worker for our subsidiary ( FAMILY FOODS COMPANY ), specializing in the processing and distribution of raw materials, finished and semi-finished agri-food products, to support our commercial and distribution strategy and contribute to the growth of our brand.
MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Verify the conformity of deliveries (quantities, quality, packaging, expiry dates)
• Ensure the methodical storage of products in designated areas, respecting FIFO/LIFO rules

• Ensure storage conditions are suitable for agri-food products: temperature, humidity, separation of product families.
• Monitor expiration dates and trigger preventative alerts. Keep storage areas clean, organized, and secure.
• Ensure the daily updating of the inventory management system, carry out weekly rolling inventories, general monthly inventories and justify the discrepancies between physical and theoretical stocks.
• Produce inventory reports for the production teams and management
• Participate in internal audits and quality controls of stored products.
• Report any anomalies (degraded product, damaged packaging, supplier non-compliance) and initiate return or quarantine procedures.
• Contribute to the commercial strategy, identify and analyze market opportunities in target sectors: confectionery, cosmetics, oil production, pastry making, food industry, etc.
• Participate in the customer prospecting and targeting plan
• Develop a strong network of contacts in the target industries
• Contribute to the satisfaction and loyalty of new and existing customers
• Collaborate with the production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure on-time deliveries
• Support the sales force in managing daily administrative tasks
TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Proficiency in inventory management and traceability techniques
• Mastery of semi-finished products derived from cocoa (paste, butter, powder) and peanuts (oil, cake, paste) and their industrial uses.
• Ability to read and verify logistics documents: delivery notes, purchase orders, dispatch notes, etc.
• Excellent ability to conduct inventories and analyze stock discrepancies
• Negotiation, key account management, long sales cycle.
• Reading margins, profitability, cost analysis.
• Knowledge of the agricultural raw materials market , cosmetics and confectionery sectors.

PROFILE
Bac +2/3 in Commercial Management, Inventory Management or equivalent.
Minimum three (03) years of experience as a stock manager in the agri-food and mass distribution sector.

– Professional English
Speaking Fulani would be a plus
Driving licence B ( Required )
