I. Main Missions
: Perform maintenance operations on the IT infrastructure.
Monitor the inventory of IT equipment.
Provide IT support to users (Helpdesk).
II. Main Activities
: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the IT system and servers.
Perform security and protection measures for network access and certificate management.

Plan and monitor the development and capacity of IT infrastructure and databases.
Manage the acquisition of IT equipment.
Train users on the use of work-related digital tools.
III. Prerequisites and Skills
Education & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree (3-4 years) in Computer Science or equivalent.
Experience: 3 years in IT operating systems, networks, and databases.
General: Bilingual (French/English).
Technical Skills:
Good knowledge of network administration and configuration, scripting, and automation. Good
knowledge of SQL Server database administration.
Good knowledge of Fortigate.
Solid knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
Solid knowledge of Unix environments.
Special Requirements (Assets) /
Knowledge of the insurance sector would be an asset.
Proactivity and availability.
Experience in IT security would be an asset.
