As part of our preparations for the 2026 tax season and statutory audit engagements, we are recruiting three Junior Tax Lawyers to strengthen our Tax & Legal department.
Your responsibilities will
include: participating in tax and social security reviews as part of statutory audit engagements;
contributing to the preparation and review of statistical and tax returns (DAS, DSF, regulatory reporting);
participating in tax and social security audits: risk identification, compliance assessment, and recommendations;
participating in high-value-added legal and tax advisory engagements for clients operating in sensitive and regulated sectors;
and monitoring legal and tax developments (OHADA, CEMAC, Cameroonian tax law).

– Desired profile: Master’s degree
(Bac+5) in tax law, business law, or equivalent.
Initial experience or structured internship in taxation or a legal/tax firm.
Excellent writing skills and analytical mind.
Solid understanding of the OHADA/CEMAC regulatory framework.
Attention to detail, rigor, and motivation to thrive in a demanding environment.
Proficiency in English is an asset.
