DESCRIPTION
• Contribute to the protection and safeguarding of assets and the quality of financial information;
Ensure the application of instructions from General Management and promote performance improvement;
Contribute to the effectiveness of ongoing 2nd-level control across the Branch Network and Business Centers. JOB ACTIVITIES
Perform 2nd-level control of all Bank operations:
Monitor compliance with procedures in the execution of Bank operations:
ICEC
• Analyze and verify the clearance of suspense items on internal accounts:
• Conduct unannounced checks of the Bank’s cash registers and ATMs, as well as of securities (checks, bills of exchange, term deposits);
• Conduct checks on payment methods held (checks, cards, Mailer, etc.);
• Monitor account openings and loans granted to customers
; • Verify the effectiveness of 1st-level controls;
• Ensure strict compliance with the risk limits set by the Board of Directors/General Management; ensure the quality of accounting and financial information;

Contribute to safeguarding assets, securities, operations, and personnel;
• Prepare reports following audits and monitor the implementation of corrective actions; •
Submit
timely reports to supervisory bodies;
•
Contribute to the development of the first and second level control methodology according to Group and General Management standards. CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Higher education diploma: Bachelor’s + 4/5 years in Banking, Finance, Risk Management, Audit and Management Control, or Banking Diploma;
• Minimum 3 years of banking or related experience.
Knowledge
• Knowledge of banking operations, products, and services:
• Proficiency in banking operations;

• Proficiency in investigation and control techniques

Proficiency in data management software;
• Proficiency in computer skills; •
