Job description
Missions / Responsibilities:
Assigned to the Audit Department, the internal auditor will have the following main missions:
Plan control missions under the
supervision of the Department Head;
Carry out control missions within the various agencies and departments of the company in accordance with IIA
standards ; Write mission reports with recommendations for the improvement of the company’s processes and control system; Present the results of the missions to the company’s management; Contribute to the drafting of quarterly reports and other documents presented to the Audit Committee by the Department Head; Participate in the follow-up of recommendations through regular reminders to auditees; Supervise auditors, train junior auditors and validate work to ensure compliance with standards (IFRS, ISO); Classify and archive all documents collected and produced during each mission. Required profile: Skills and qualities required: Discretion and assertiveness; Integrity and professionalism; Excellent listening, analytical, and summarization skills; Fluency in French and/or English. Bilingualism or multilingualism would be an asset; Experience leading audits as a mission manager; Proficiency in computer skills.
