Location: Yaoundé
A local company is recruiting an Accounting and Finance Manager reporting to the General Management.

Desired Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Financial Management & Accounting, Audit & Control, Banking & Finance, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in OHADA accounting standards, Cameroonian taxation, and general and analytical accounting
• Excellent command of Sage 100 and advanced Excel skills.

Main Responsibilities:
• Supervise accounting operations (closings, balance sheets, budgets)
• Ensure legal, tax, and social security compliance


• Guarantee data reliability and the production of financial statements
• Manage cash flow and cash management
• Develop the cash flow plan and contribute to the budget
• Track invoices, payments, and receipts/disbursements
• Prepare monthly declarations (VAT, personal income tax, social security contributions, taxes, etc.)
• Produce dashboards and financial analyses
• Analyze variances and propose corrective actions
• Support management in decision-making
