RECRUITMENT
POSITION: (01) Bancassurance Officer based in Douala.
CONTRACT TYPE: Fixed-term contract.
Main Responsibilities
: • Recruit, train, provide refresher training, and manage the bancassurance agent network;
• Establish new bancassurance partnerships and ensure their development;
• Monitor and report on bancassurance activities.
Main Activities:
• Supervise and analyze results by reporting on actions and visits carried out;
• Develop targeted sales action plans;
• Provide commercial and technical support to the bancassurance agent network in the field;
• Contribute to sales development by strengthening relationships with intermediaries and partners; • Participate in drafting and structuring contracts.
Skills
: • Proficiency in sales and negotiation techniques;
Specific Requirements
: • Excellent presentation;
• Proficiency in insurance techniques and the CIMA code; • Good adaptability and organizational skills. • Expertise in life insurance products;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; • Bilingual.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing and Sales/Insurance/Bancassurance/Banking/Management; • 3 years of experience in a similar role
