Position: Finance Manager
Location: Douala, Cameroon

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join a dynamic and fast-growing organization in the iGaming and Betting sector. This senior role involves overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and leading a finance team to deliver accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities
– Manage financial flows, reporting, reconciliations, and payment processes.
– Ensure compliance with KYC and AML regulations specific to the gaming industry.


– Lead and develop the finance team to achieve operational excellence.
– Collaborate closely with senior management on strategic financial decisions.

Profile Requirements

Experience:
– 4–6 years in finance, ideally within Betting, iGaming, or Fintech.
– Proven experience managing a finance team.

Languages:
– French: mandatory
– English: professional level

Skills:
– Strong proficiency in Excel.
– High attention to detail and accuracy.
– Ability to work effectively with senior leadership.
