We are looking for a passionate Plant Manager to lead our production site and ensure the quality of our products that you love so much!
Mission:
Ensure the profitability and operational excellence of the plant, from fermentation to packaging, while respecting our Quality and Safety commitments (QHSE & HACCP).
Responsibilities:
* Manage production and optimize processes.
* Manage, train, and develop technical teams.
* Monitor budgets, KPIs, and maintenance, and propose continuous improvements.
* Collaborate with the quality, supply chain, R&D, and sales departments.
Profile:
* Master’s degree in engineering (food science/biological engineering) or Bachelor’s degree with significant experience.
* 5-8 years in industrial management (beverage/food).
* Proficiency in Lean, ERP, and QHSE/HACCP.
* Leadership, organization, communication, and a strong sense of responsibility.
