Description
Main Missions & Activities
: • Ensure the processing of alerts according to defined procedures and rules.
Analyze alerts and identify/assess their relevance.
Propose the appropriate action based on relevance (deletion, freeze, reinstatement, etc.).
Propose the action plan for processing alerts generated following scans of beneficial owners, clients, and partners (BO and KYC).
Participate in KYC (Know Your Customer) and KYA (Know Your Agent) compliance plans
. Monitor accounts under surveillance.
Ensure the alert inventory is aligned with OMG data.
Investigate clients during alert processing to complete missing information in the system (lack of ID, non-self-employed status, etc.).
Update information reported by clients.
Implement the KYC control and update plan for clients following the processing of AML and KYC alerts.
Proactively suggest improvements to optimize alert processing.
• Ensure the implementation of corrective actions and escalation.
Monitor alerts until their resolution.
Work in conjunction with Compliance.
Detect abnormal behaviors or events.
Monitor alert flows from monitoring tools.
Implement recommendations from control entities within your scope of intervention.
• Ensure activity reporting and continuous improvement.
Produce the necessary reports for the processes carried out.
Transmit all confirmed alerts (HITs) to Compliance .
Contribute to the optimization of detection rules.
Participate in the improvement of procedures and the documentation of use cases.
Qualifications
: Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business School / Information Systems / Banking and Finance / Economics and Law.
Experience: Minimum two (2) years in control or risk management roles within the financial sector.
