Contract Type: Professional Internship (FNE) for Kiosk Cashier

Start Date: IMMEDIATE
1- Main Mission:
To ensure cash handling operations at the microfinance kiosk, including deposits, withdrawals, loan repayments, and other financial transactions from clients and collection agents, while guaranteeing the security of funds and quality of customer service.
2- Responsibilities
: • Greet clients and direct them according to their needs;
• Inform clients about microfinance products and services;
• Process deposits and withdrawals for collection agents and clients;
• Process Orange Money and Mobile Money transactions;
• Manage all transfer operations (Western Union, Gajo, Ria);
• Comply with security procedures and financial management rules;
• Guarantee the confidentiality of client transactions;
• Apply the microfinance institution’s internal procedures.
3- Desired Profile
Education & Experience
• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in management, accounting, finance, or equivalent
• Experience in a call center or customer service preferred (beginners accepted).
• Fluency in French and English
