Ensure optimal management of the company’s investments, while maintaining regulatory balance and asset profitability, to guarantee coverage of commitments to policyholders.
Main Responsibilities
: • Participate in updating the investment policy in accordance with the General Management’s guidelines;
Monitor financial markets, analyze opportunities, and assess their alignment with the company’s objectives
; • Ensure the operational monitoring and management of investments (bonds & Treasury bills, equity securities, UCITS, real estate, term deposits, and other investments);
• Monitor the performance, maturities, and cash flows related to assets;
Ensure compliance with regulatory and regulatory requirements for investments (CIMA code, banking and financial legislation, and the internal Investment Committee);
Produce periodic reports;

Profile Required Skills : Expertise in life insurance products and associated investment constraints; Good knowledge of the CIMA code; • Excellent skills in financial analysis, valuation, and risk management; Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; Strong writing skills; • Rigor and professional ethics: Keen analytical and decision-making skills; • Foresight; Negotiation skills; • Discretion and confidentiality. Bachelor’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Finance, Banking, Financial Markets, Economics, Actuarial Science, Auditing, or related fields; At least 5 years of experience in asset management, treasury management, financial analysis, or a related field in the insurance or banking sector.
