Company specializing in ticketing, tourism and travel services, EGEL TRAVEL is recruiting a Project Management Assistant as part of the strengthening of its activities.

MAIN DUTIES

Under the supervision of Management, you will be responsible for:

Assisting in the planning and monitoring of company projects


Participating in the coordination of internal activities
Developing dashboards and monitoring reports
Contributing to the implementation of sales and marketing strategies
Ensuring the monitoring of tasks and deadlines
Participating in the organization of meetings and drafting minutes
Collaborating with sales and administrative teams
Proposing organizational and operational improvements
REQUIRED PROFILE
Degree in project management, management, administration or equivalent
Good organizational and planning skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, etc.)
Analytical mind and sense of responsibility
Ability to work under pressure
REQUIRED QUALITIES
Rigor and discipline
Responsiveness and autonomy
Initiative
Team spirit
Strict respect for hierarchy

WORKING CONDITIONS
Location: Yaoundé (Nlonkak – next to the former FEICOM)

Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm (if necessary)
Contract type: Trial period with possibility of employment
