A dynamic and rapidly growing Cameroonian company is seeking a versatile and rigorous Executive Assistant to provide essential support to its General Management.

2. Main Mission To assist the General Management in the daily management of activities, to organize and coordinate administrative activities, and to serve as an operational liaison between management and the various departments. 3. Responsibilities and Duties Support to the General Management
• Managing the General Manager’s schedule and calendar
• Organizing travel and missions (hotel reservations, airline tickets, logistics)
• Preparing and monitoring Management files and documents
• Drafting correspondence and official documentation Communication and Relations
• Greeting visitors and partners in person and by telephone
• Managing the switchboard and directing calls
• Liaison between Management and various internal departments
• Relations with clients, suppliers, and external partners Administrative Organization
• Organizing and coordinating meetings (invitations, room reservations, preparation of materials)
• Drafting and distributing meeting minutes
• Managing documentation and archiving files
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail Meeting and Event Management
• Preparing Management Committee meetings
• Organizing professional events (seminars, receptions)
• Booking meeting rooms and managing logistics
• Preparing presentation materials

4. Candidate Profile Education
• Minimum of a 2-year post-secondary degree in Executive Assistance, Executive Secretarial Studies, or a related field
• Training in administrative management or secretarial studies
• Proficiency in office software is required Experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an executive assistant
• Experience in the construction sector is a plus
• Experience in calendar management and event organization Technical Skills
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in communication and videoconferencing tools
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to write in French (English is an asset)
