– You will be responsible for:
• Standardized management of administrative product applications and purchases for each department 
• Supervision and management of the purchase register
• Distribution and management of administrative goods
• Prompt and appropriate allocation of assets
• Recording and management of the administrative goods register
• Organizing regular administrative inventories, ensuring the accuracy of register data, and maintaining stock security


• Managing the department’s daily operations and coordinating staff to ensure smooth departmental functioning.

– Required profile:
• Degree in Administration or Management (Bachelor’s/Master’s)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative management
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Meticulous, organized, and patient
• Proficiency in office software
• Bilingual (French/English)
