We are structuring our legal department and opening two positions simultaneously within the ARNO SA holding company, covering all of our subsidiaries: ARNO ENERGY, ARNO TECHNOLOGIES, ARNO PROPERTIES, and AGB.

– Head of Legal Department:
This is an operational management position, working directly with the General Secretary. You will lead the department, supervise the in-house counsel, and handle all legal matters for the group: corporate law (transfers, mergers, restructurings), OHADA litigation and debt recovery, real estate and land law, commercial law, taxation, employment law, and insurance.
– Profile: Master’s degree in Business Law / OHADA or lawyer registered with the Bar Association — 6 to 10 years of experience — established network in Douala.

In-house Counsel.
Rigorous execution role, reporting to the Head of the Legal Department and working closely with the General Secretary. Responsibilities include: drafting detailed contracts, maintaining the contract register, meticulously tracking and archiving litigation files, processing insurance claims, providing legal secretarial support to subsidiaries, and conducting fieldwork (Registry, Land Registry, government agencies, notaries).
– Profile: Master 1 or Master 2 in Business Law / OHADA — 2 to 5 years of experience — excellent legal writing skills — rigor, professionalism, and absolute confidentiality.
