Job description: Branch Manager

Main mission
Ensure the overall management of the branch by guaranteeing commercial performance, the quality of the loan portfolio, risk management and compliance with internal procedures.
Responsibilities
• Develop the client portfolio (savings and loans)
• Implement the institution’s commercial strategy
• Achieve production targets (loans, deposits, financial products)
• Supervise the analysis, granting, and monitoring of loans
• Ensure portfolio quality (PAR, repayment rate)
• Monitor outstanding payments and manage recovery actions
• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory procedures
• Supervise cash operations and liquidity management
• Guarantee the security of funds and documents
• Supervise, train, and motivate branch staff
• Organize work and evaluate performance
• Identify and prevent operational and financial risks
• Produce periodic reports (activity, performance, risks)

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) to Master’s degree (Bac +5) in finance, banking, or management or equivalent.
