Job Summary
We are recruiting an accountant for our client in the hospitality sector to oversee accounting operations and budget management. The candidate will be responsible for daily operations, tax and social security (CNPS) declarations, and audit follow-up.
Main responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations (invoices, payments, reconciliations).
Prepare financial statements and tax returns.
Ensure compliance with Cameroonian laws and regulations.
Participate in the audit processes.
Submit the CNPS declarations.
Collaborating with hotel management on budget and cost control.
Desired profile
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (required).
2–3 years of experience in accounting, ideally in a hotel, restaurant or similar sector.
Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).
Good knowledge of accounting and reporting procedures.
Residence in Yaoundé or availability to relocate there.
