MAIN DUTIES : – Recording transactions in the accounting system
– Managing accounts: third-party accounts (suppliers, customers), cash account, account verification, preparation of account statements
– Preparing monthly and annual financial statements
– Producing monthly and annual closing reports
– Preparing bank reconciliations
– Preparing, processing, and uploading tax and social security declarations
. Participate in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
; collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
; manage treasury operations (monitoring bank accounts, initiating replenishment, etc.)
; contribute to developing the network of partnerships with other firms in various countries
; implement internal controls to ensure that financial and tax operations are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies;
analyze financial data to identify trends and anomalies and formulate appropriate recommendations;
research and propose opportunities for improving the company’s financial processes and tax optimization, as well as those of its partners and related entities
; contribute to the company’s business development and coordinate the work of various subcontractors or third parties, including consultants, sister companies (members of MK Group), etc.;
EDUCATION – Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting and Business Administration.
– Excellent command of Sage Sari 100, Odoo, etc.;
– Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
– Excellent oral communication skills (French and/or English).
EXPERIENCE – Experience in accounting and taxation will be an asset.
