CALL FOR APPLICATIONS ACCOUNTING CONTROLLER

As part of strengthening its team, YOOMEE is looking for an Accounting Controller with the main mission of guaranteeing the regularity and sincerity of the company’s accounting operations.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
+ Monitor real and financial flows generated by sales:
+ Ensure compliance with regulatory/legal/tax compliance of accounting operations:
+ Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual closings of accounts; + Identify and report anomalies, fraud or discrepancies in management systems and then propose corrective actions
+ Ensure rigorous monitoring of expenses, disbursements, transfers to bank accounts, and the compliance of the related supporting documents; Ensure the compliance of bank reconciliation statements;
+ Ensure the classification and archiving of accounting documents: Carry out unannounced checks and daily closing of cash registers;
+ Carry out regular inventories, monitoring of fixed assets and control of access to company property:
Participate in level 2 control reviews (CN2) and internal audits. Ensure the social climate, quality of service, discipline and the safeguarding of the company’s assets.
REQUIRED QUALITIES
+ Previous experience as an accounting controller or in a similar position;
+ Mastery of OHADA and IFRS accounting standards
Rigor, sense of analysis, integrity and professional discretion; Excellent mastery of accounting tools (SAGE, ERP, advanced Excel);
Ability to work under pressure;
Good presentation;
+ Disciplined;
REQUIRED PROFILE
Minimum Bac+3 level in accounting, auditing and finance or equivalent,
Professional experience of at least 2 years in a similar position
