TRADING ROOM MANAGER

We are looking for a seasoned professional to supervise, structure, and lead all of our trading room activities. A key position to accelerate the growth of a credible, innovative, and secure financial market in the CEMAC zone.
Main missions:
Management of trading, sales and analysis activities
Supervision of risks and regulatory compliance
Optimization of operational and commercial performance Development of the institutional portfolio
Key skills:
Education: Bac+5 in Finance / Banking / Financial Markets Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 years in the financial markets, including 3 years in management
Mastery of financial products (stocks, bonds, currencies) Knowledge of trading systems (Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.) • Solid understanding of regulations (MIFID II, EMIR, etc.) Expected qualities:
Leadership, rigor and composure
Ability to evolve in a dynamic environment
• Strategic vision & results orientation
