The CPF BERCO INSTITUTE, located in Yaoundé-Essos on Avenue Germaine, is a vocational training center specializing in renewable energy, agriculture, and technology.
As part of strengthening its administrative team and its transition to more digitalized management, the center is recruiting an Accounting Secretary (M/F).


MAIN DUTIES:
Under the  of the Management, the Accounting Secretary will be responsible for:
 Providing in-person and telephone reception for visitors and partners  Managing administrative tasks (correspondence, filing, digital and physical archiving of documents)  Maintaining the day-to-day accounting for the organization  Recording accounting transactions (expenses, income, invoices)  Participating in periodic inventories  Contributing to the management and updating of administrative and financial databases  Ensuring the center’s digital communication (publishing information, updating internal content)  Participating in the management and operation of the center’s social media accounts (Facebook, WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn, etc.)  Supporting the visibility of activities and training programs through digital tools 

REQUIRED PROFILE:  Hold at least a Baccalaureate G2 or A two-year technical degree (BTS) in Accounting and Management is required. Prior professional experience in a similar role would be an asset . Proficiency in computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet, email) is essential. Proficiency in, or an interest in, digital tools (Google Workspace, Canva, administrative management tools) is also required. Social media management skills (content creation, publishing, community management) would be a major asset . Knowledge of inventory management is necessary. Excellent written communication skills in French are required (English would be an asset) . Candidates must be organized, discreet, rigorous, dynamic, and of good moral character . An interest in digital communication and institutional visibility is also required. 

Desired digital skills include: advanced office software (Excel spreadsheets, forms, basic automation) ; creation of simple visuals (Canva or equivalent) ; and management of professional social media pages.
