Presentation of the structure:
MERENSO is a national non-profit community-based organization (CBO) created and legalized on October 16, 2002 number: 227/RDDA/C19/BAPP in Douala, since 2016 it has also set up an antenna in Nkongsamba at rue des canards.
Goal: the association aims to fight HIV/AIDS through the identification and census of infected and affected people, the most needy orphans and vulnerable children (OVC). Advocacy to facilitate care and services and improve the living conditions of vulnerable people.
As part of the implementation of the organization’s activities, MERENSO is recruiting an accounting secretary, he/she is responsible for managing the organization’s accounting, the employment contract is for a fixed term.
Profile and experience required:
-Be aged 25 and over
-Have at least a G2 baccalaureate or other disciplines in accounting management.
-Have experience in financial management in a community association or a national or international NGO; being bilingual will be an asset.
– He/she is responsible for receiving and transmitting letters and information to management, maintaining accounting and administrative documents,
– compiling accounting data for all the organization’s projects, –
Writing correspondence, monthly reports and annual
-Keep the cash book, do bank reconciliation and budget monitoring
-Keep the diary and prepare mission orders for the staff.
-pay staff salaries, search for pro-formats, purchases and search for partners/suppliers;
– Master the sage saari accounting software,
– Master Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
