In order to strengthen our Heavy Goods Vehicle workshop workforce, we are looking for a passionate and dynamic After-Sales Service Receptionist.

Position based in Douala, category 7 and placed under the responsibility of the Heavy Goods Vehicle Workshop Manager, as an automotive after-sales service receptionist, you will be at the heart of our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Your main missions will consist of ensuring the interface between customers and technical teams, contributing to the improvement of procedures and methods, and finally ensuring the management of Customer service.
Job Responsibility:

Ensure customer service management:

Respond to requests (in person or by telephone) for technical assistance, corrective or preventive maintenance from customers on product ranges
Manage customer complaints
Transmit customer requests to the workshop
Organize and implement the procedures for processing customer requests
Ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction
Explain the work carried out to the customer
Organize the collection and return of vehicles
Define and manage delivery priorities based on internal and external customers

Ensure the interface between customers and technical teams:

Ensure invoicing follow-up
Ensure customer service agreement for BC
Supervise and control inventories
Organize reception activities, storage on the workshop waiting park, transmit ORs to the workshops
Organize periodic inventories
Write repair orders / orders
Ensure compliance with delivery deadlines
Participate in administrative tasks
Ensure the completion of activity schedules
Check the existence of manufacturer campaigns during of the entry of materials into the workshop
Communicate regularly with customers and ensure the transmission of information

Contribute to the improvement of procedures and methods:

Participate in the improvement of maintenance procedures
Ensure the implementation of more efficient devices to increase the efficiency and longevity of machines and vehicles
Participate in the development of Partners’ skills by supporting decisions
Participate in the improvement of Manufacturers’ technical systems
Participate in technical news and report them to the rest of the team
Identify and analyze non-quality points (defects, non-compliance with deadlines, poor organization, etc.) and propose corrective and preventive actions
Propose adjustments, technical improvements, innovate
Enforce health and safety instructions

Desired profile:

In order to meet this need, we are looking for a resource passionate about automobiles with at least a Baccalaureate and professional experience of at least 03 years in a reception or customer relationship management position.
