🟦 Main Responsibilities: 👉🏾 Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients of the agency;
👉🏾 Supervise, manage, and coordinate the activities of the dedicated team;
👉🏾 Support amicable debt collection efforts;
👉🏾 Oversee the agency’s administrative supervision in collaboration with relevant departments.
🟦 Required Professional Experience: ▪ Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree +4 years (or equivalent)
▪ 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role or in a commercial/marketing/operations department (banking, financial, or insurance sector)
▪ Strong knowledge of leasing and banking professions preferred
