Subject: CALL FOR APPLICATIONS AUDIT MANAGER
Microfinance Institution is looking for an AUDIT MANAGER in Yaoundé for the needs of its activity
A- Main mission:
✔ Identify service malfunctions, bring them to the attention of the General Manager in order to take appropriate measures to improve the quality of said services.
B- Job profile
✔ BAC + 5 (management, accounting, finance, law, Commerce, audit, management, risk organization)
Have field experience
C- Skills:
✔ Perfect mastery of auditing
✓ Perfect mastery of the fields of activity of banks and particularly microfinance institutions to know the difficulties and constraints;
✓ Good knowledge of bank accounting (particularly the application of the accounting plan of microfinance institutions)


✓ Good command of Word, Excel and banking management software:
✔ Ability to write reports;
✓ Analytical and synthesis skills.
✓ Good knowledge of COBAC regulations
D – Main tasks
✓ Establish the annual schedule of audit missions and proceed after approval to its implementation
:
✓ Verify the correct application of procedures, instructions and legal and regulatory provisions
:
✓ Control the quality of accounting and financial information;
✓ Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of operations;
✓ Relay best practices;
✔ Conduct debriefings and draft an audit report sanctioning any mission with a view
to improving the internal control system
✓ Contribute to the enrichment and updating of the internal audit methodology and risk mapping;
✔ Produce an annual control report intended for the executive body, with a copy to the Auditor. This report is communicated to the Board of Directors and sent to the General Secretariat of the Central African Banking Commission (COBAC)
