One (1) Administrative Assistant based in Douala. Type of offer: Fixed-term contract

MAIN MISSIONS: To provide administrative, organizational and logistical support to management by ensuring the efficient management of administrative activities, the monitoring of files and the coordination of operations, in compliance with procedures and confidentiality requirements.

MAIN ACTIVITIES: Provide in-person and telephone reception for visitors, partners, and correspondents; Manage incoming and outgoing mail (receipt, registration, distribution, dispatch, and filing); Draft, format, and distribute letters, memos, reports, and other administrative documents; Ensure administrative follow-up of files, monitor compliance with processing deadlines, and make necessary reminders; Organize and manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and business trips.

REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in administrative management, business administration, or related fields. Experience: 2-3 years in a similar position.

SKILLS: Good writing and analytical skills; Mastery of reception and professional communication protocols; Mastery of document management and filing techniques; Excellent command of spoken and written French and English; Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: Experience in a similar position within an insurance company would be an asset. Demonstrated discretion and strict adherence to confidentiality regarding processed information. Professional appearance and attitude at all times.
